Try a wine from our National Sponsors - OneHope in Estore and support a great cause

Posted by Tashima "Tash" Johnson on October 31, 2018 | 0 comment

This year’s National Sponsor, ONE HOPE, is offering us delicious sparkling wines in absolutely gorgeous keepsake bottles. These sparkling wines are much more than a “pretty face” though – ONE HOPE seeks to support a very special cause – Every bottle sold helps fund meals for children in need through their partnership with WhyHunger. WhyHunger believes a world without hunger is possible. They provide critical resources to support grassroots movements and fuel community solutions rooted in social, environmental, racial and economic justice. Their work is to help end hunger and advance the human right to nutritious food in the U.S. and around the world. So, if you are looking for a wonderful way to make a difference, please add ONE HOPE’s sparkling wine to your shopping cart. Let’s do our part, Orlando! Finally, as a reminder to all of our guests, Florida law prohibits guests from bringing their own alcoholic beverages to a closed ticketed event. This is the same law that prohibits guests from bringing their own alcoholic beverages to an Orlando Magic game or a Orlando City F.C. game. There will be no sales of any kind on site. Please be advised that the E-Store will close all sales at midnight on November 5, 2018. Don’t delay! Order your dinner and wine today!

How can I participate?

You can register for Le Dîner en Blanc by one of the following three methods: by being part of the Hosts or Leaders’ personal network and getting invited by them (Phase 1); by knowing someone who registers during Phase 1 and asking them to sponsor you for Phase 2; or, by signing up to the waiting list and registering during Phase 3.

What are the key rules of the event?

Le Dîner en Blanc is an evening like no other. Once registration is confirmed, each guests’ participation becomes mandatory, regardless of weather conditions. Participants arrive at a designated departure point with their table, chairs, and picnic materials, and then make their way to the secret location with their Table Leader by chartered bus or organized public transportation. They take all of their belongings with them at the end of the night, including leftovers and trash, and they leave the site as clean as it was upon arrival.

What must guests wear?

All guests must dress elegantly in head-to-toe white. This means no ivory, no off-white, and no beige… Originality is always encouraged, as long as it stays stylish and tasteful.
